DASS Advanced Certificate Request Form

Thank you for your interest in the advanced certificate in Data Analysis for the Social Sciences (DASS)! 

This form is for current UB graduate students in a master's or PhD program within the College of Arts and Sciences interested in adding the DASS certificate to their current course of study. If you are not a currently enrolled graduate student in the College, please apply to the certificate here.)

By completing this form, you are submitting your formal interest in adding the advanced certificate to your current degree program. If the admissions committee deems that you are eligible for the certificate, we will contact you regarding next steps.
