College of Arts and Sciences Provisional Admission Interest Form

Congratulations on your offer of provisional admission to a master's degree program in the College of Arts and Sciences! Please read the instructions for this form carefully.

To take the next step in the process, please fill out the form below. This form is for students who wish to pursue a master's degree in a different field than their current major. You will then be contacted to schedule an appointment with the Director of Graduate Study in your new intended department. If you are interested in pursuing a degree within your current department, or you would simply like to learn more about provisional admission, please schedule a consultation with a graduate admissions advisor.

Geological Sciences MS *Geology will admit students first into the MS non-thesis program and then individual faculty may pull interested students into the MS thesis program on a case by case basis.

If your program of interest is not listed above, you cannot be admitted provisionally to it. This includes all graduate programs outside the College of Arts and Sciences (ex. mental health counseling, school counseling, social work, public health).
