Thank you for your interest in the Graduate School of Education's Teaching Black History Micro-Credential. This form must be completed in order for our program director, Dr. LaGarrett King, to review for admission. This form must be completed by August 20th. Upon submission, formal decisions on admission will be made no later than August 27th, and payment of the fee for the Micro-Crednetial is due by September 6.
